That result is just more of the same for Illinois Valley, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Illinois Valley a 1-0 record and starting Culver off at 0-1.
Illinois Valley will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Gold Beach/Pacific at 7:00 PM. Culver will look to defend their home turf next week against Rogue River at 7:00 PM.
