Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anoka). They strolled past the Blaine Bengals with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 92-74. The Tornadoes have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bengals, too.

Anoka's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Blaine, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Anoka will take on St. Thomas Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Anoka's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Blaine, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Andover at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Andover knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Blaine likes a good challenge.
