That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Gaelic Knights also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.
Bishop Ludden was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15, 25-19.
Riley Abernethy paced Bishop Ludden's offense, picking up eight kills. Abernethy got some help from Ava Christodoulou and her 13 assists. Chloe Bland controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Bishop Ludden's victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
Looking ahead, Bishop Ludden will face off against Solvay at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Institute of Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
