Lawrence County took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Raymond a 10-0 shutout. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Rangers: they've now won eight in a row.

The team relied heavily on Josh Sandifer, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, two doubles, and one run. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Caden Case was another key player, scoring three runs while going 1-for-3.

Bobbitt is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
In other batting news, Bryce Shows was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing Five bases. while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances. He has become a key player for Richland: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 1-6 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Coleman, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-4.
