Charlotte S took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Forsyth Home Educators, who comes in off a win.
Forsyth Home Educators' pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They put the hurt on Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy with a sharp 13-0 victory.
Brycen Gerlach made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Gerlach was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

In other batting news, Hunter Spell was a standout: he went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Robbie Schmitz, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Forsyth Home Educators always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .529. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy only posted an OBP of .190.
Meanwhile, Charlotte S didn't have quite enough to beat Pro Stock Royals Academy on Monday and fell 5-4. That's two games in a row now that the Stampede have lost by just one run.
Tobias Granzin was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run. Tommy Shaw was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.
Forsyth Home Educators came up short against Charlotte S when the teams last played back in May of 2025, falling 5-2. Can the Hawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
