The Richland Rams pushed their score all the way to 65 on Wednesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 76-65 to Forest Hills. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (58), Richland still had to take the loss.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Forest Hills to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dylan Stohon, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Si McGough, who scored 18 points along with five steals.
Richland has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Forest Hills, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richland will take on the Bison at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Forest Hills, they will be playing at home against the Mountaineers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Philipsburg-Osceola has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
