Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Falls Church). They had just enough and edged out the Centreville Wildcats 3-2 on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Falls Church also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Falls Church's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Centreville, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Falls Church will take on Lewis at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Lewis' last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Centreville, they will face off against Lake Braddock at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
