Easton Meyer made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. Meyer was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one RBI. Those two hits gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Southland let Cole Miller and Beau Sathre run wild.
