Random Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their 24th straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They were a single  set away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Reedsville Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the  2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in October of 2024.
 Micayla Keller paced Random Lake's offense, picking up nine kills. Keller got some help from  Jemma Schwab and her 12 assists.  Lexi Gruman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
 Among those leading the charge was   Kayla Peterson, who  had eight  digs and three  aces.  Izzy Kocian also deserves some recognition as  she  served her first  ace of the season.
Random Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Reedsville, their win bumped their record up to 8-19.
 Coincidentally, Random Lake and Reedsville will both be playing Ozaukee the next time they take the court. The Rams will head out to face the Warriors at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 12:00  p.m.
