Volleyball Recap: Morgan Has No Trouble Against Ben Lomond

Morgan won the last time they faced Ben Lomond and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Trojans blew past the Scots 3-0. The Trojans not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 4th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-21, 25-14.

Jack Komenda paced Morgan's offense, picking up 17 kills. Komenda got some help from Caleb Stephens and his 37 assists.

Morgan's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 9-4. As for Ben Lomond, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-8.

Coming up, Morgan will face off against Utah Military Academy - Hill Field at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ben Lomond, they will challenge Ogden at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Scots surely won't give up without a fight.
