Southeast had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. On Friday they take on Cokeville at 4:00 PM. The odds don't look promising for Southeast, but the bigger the opponent is, the harder they fall.
Southeast had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They might be aching after a bruising 14-48 loss to Mitchell. The defeat was a vexing one since Southeast was expected to win based on their state ranking.
Meanwhile, Cokeville gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener. They took their game against Mountain View 20-13.
Cokeville's victory lifted them to 1-0 while Southeast's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Cokeville can add another positive mark to their record or if Southeast can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Cokeville's step.
