Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Cesar E. Chavez's offense. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 12-0 walloping at the hands of Lamar on Wednesday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cesar E. Chavez in their matchups with Lamar: they've now lost eight in a row.
Bellaire is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6-2 record this season. As for Cesar E. Chavez, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-4-1.
