It was fun while it lasted, but Hart's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Friday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 53-52 to the Fremont Packers. The loss was the Pirates' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Hart fell to 3-1. As for Fremont, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hart and Spring Lake will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Fremont will take on Montague in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on December 20th. Montague will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Fremont surely won't give up without a fight.
