Portales took their match on the road on Friday with ease, bagging a 38-0 win over Bernalillo. It was another big night for Paxton Culpepper, who rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 235 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes. Braden Beck also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.

The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New Mexico (Albuquerque Academy is ranked 41st, while Bernalillo is ranked 29th).
