Dimmitt (Texas) beat Olton (Texas) 33-0 on Saturday.
The Bobcats were up 27-0 at the half after taking the lead on a Oltiveros touchdown run in the first quarter.
Dimmitt expanded its lead to 33 points entering the fourth quarter. DHS's lone score in the quarter came on a Oltiveros touchdown pass to
Matthew Johnson.
A 21-point first quarter helped the Bobcats secure the big victory. Dimmitt scored on a touchdown run by Oltiveros, a Oltiveros touchdown run and a touchdown pass by Oltiveros to
Jacob Lule in the quarter.
DHS got revenge for last year's 42-24 loss to the Mustangs with the victory.
With the win the Bobcats extended their winning streak to three games. The loss was the third in a row for Olton.
In a non-conference game next week Dimmitt (3-0) takes on Bovina, and Olton (0-3) will go up against Hale Center also in a non-conference game.
