Santa Ana Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 63-7 loss at the hands of the Segerstrom Jaguars. The Falcons were not able to make up for their loss to the Jaguars from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Segerstrom's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ayden Morales, who rushed for 60 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries. Those two rushing touchdowns gave Morales a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Louis Garcia, who rushed for 54 yards.
Santa Ana Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Segerstrom, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
