Brody McConnell posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits. He is becoming a predictor of Riverton Parke's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is undefeated (and 6-8 when he doesn't).
