Orange Cove has gone a perfect 6-0 against Immanuel recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Titans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Orange Cove is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.9 runs per game this season.
Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Orange Cove turned things around against Exeter on Monday. They walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Monarchs.
Daisy Regalado spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up six Ks.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Danika Del Bosque, who went 3-for-5 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in May of 2025. Kendra Talingo was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Orange Cove kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are 5-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Immanuel made easy work of Mt. Whitney on Tuesday and carried off a 13-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won three matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.
Immanuel also let their pitcher toss all six innings played and she was also dialed-in: Ella Renney gave up three earned runs on three hits. Renney has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, China Moreno was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Madison Critchley, who went 2-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
The victory got Orange Cove back to even at 6-6. As for Immanuel, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Orange Cove hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .384. However, it's not like Immanuel struggles in that department as they've averaged .323. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Orange Cove's way against Immanuel when the teams last played back in February of 2022, as Orange Cove made off with a 10-0 victory. Do the Titans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
