The success represented a nice turnaround for Carlisle, who in their last game suffered a tough 7-42 defeat. The matchup brought Carlisle to 2-1 and dropped Creston/Orient-Macksburg to a mirror-image 1-2.
Carlisle will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Pella. As for Creston/Orient-Macksburg, they will face off against Bondurant-Farrar.
