Durckel  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while going 2-for-3, while  Sanders  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Sanders is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last four games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kelsey Covey, who  went 2-for-4 with two  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Woodstock North scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Woodstock with a sharp  17-1 win. The result was nothing new for Woodstock North, who have now won ten contests by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Central's victory bumped their record up to 15-18. As for Woodstock North, the  win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 19-8.
 Central suffered a grim  12-5 defeat to Woodstock North  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2021. Can Central avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
