Adding to the longest winning streak in 6A Region 3 this week, Brandon beat Provine 42-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Bulldogs.
Oak Grove took down Jim Hill 56-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Kirk McCarty threw for 122 yards and 3 touchdowns and caught 1 pass for 29 yards in the win.
Tyus Raine was a passing and rushing force as Petal topped Terry. Raine's key target this week was Kyle Smith, who caught 2 passes for 20 yards.
He went 11-14 with 0 interceptions.
