Zion Christian Academy's game  last Monday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Tuesday. They breezed by the Franklin Classical School Knights to the tune of  84-54. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine  matches by 20  points or more this season.
  Gabe Davenport was  his usual excellent self,  going 16 of 30  en route to 49 points and eight  steals. That makes it 23 consecutive games in which  he has scored at least a third of Zion Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was  Collin Kennedy, who  posted two  points in addition to ten  rebounds, five  blocks,  and four  steals.
Zion Christian Academy's victory  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 13-10. As for Franklin Classical School, their loss dropped their record down to 8-14.
 Zion Christian Academy has already played their next game,  a  77-75  defeat against Stem Preparatory Academy on the 31st. As for Franklin Classical School, they will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Life Christian Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on February 18th.
