Poly came up short on Wednesday despite Mickelle Lowry delivering her best game to date. Lowry was dynamite, scoring 24 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season.
Lowry and Poly will head out on the road to square off against the Bayhawks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Lowry's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Poly's 15-game streak of wins at home. With the streak snapped, Lowry and the Engineers surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Thursday's match.
