Valley's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-16. As for Green Valley, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-8.
Valley came up short against the Gators when the teams last played back in January, falling 55-48. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Green Valley's Brock Barney, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 16 rebounds. Now that the Vikings know the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
