The Roseville Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Vanden Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Roseville had no problem doing just that on Friday. They had just enough and edged Mountain House out 30-27. The win was just what Roseville needed coming off of a 33-8 loss in their prior matchup.
Roseville got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Joel Bradley out in front who picked up 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Aaron Salas and his 90 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Roseville's victory.
Meanwhile, Vanden entered their tilt with Rodriguez with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. Vanden snuck past Rodriguez with a 20-14 victory two weeks ago.
Roseville is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Vanden, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2.
