Franklin extended their winning streak to five on Tuesday, bumping them up to 20-1-2. They were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Rockdale Tigers. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

As for Rockdale, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6-2. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this contest were averaging 2.14 runs allowed.

For Rockdale's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sebastian Lepe, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs.

Franklin will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
