 Marquette Catholic's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Davis' evening made it seven games in a row in which  she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Addison Penziol, who  went 5 of 10  on her way to 15  points.
 Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Tippecanoe Valley). They blew past Western 58-37 last Monday. The score was all tied up  27-27 at the break, but the Vikings were the (much) better team in the second half.
 Marquette Catholic's win was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 11-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 39.8 points. As for Tippecanoe Valley,  the  victory  got them back to even at 6-6.
