Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is North Pemiscot's Fifth in Last Six Outings

Bloomfield came into Saturday's match looking for another win against North Pemiscot, but Cheyanne Sawyer wouldn't allow it. The Mustangs skirted past the Wildcats 2-1 for which the team can thank Sawyer, who had 35 assists and nine digs. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

North Pemiscot has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3-2 record this season. As for Bloomfield, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

North Pemiscot has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Bernie on the 27th. Bloomfield has also already played their next match (against Dexter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
