Centerburg waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against the Danville Blue Devils as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 4th.
Centerburg walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 25-17.
Jazmyn Larimore paced Centerburg's offense, picking up 15 kills. Larimore got some help from Jaelynn Caldwell and her 22 assists.
Danville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kenzi Staats, who had 17 assists and four digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 17 or more assists the last nine times she's played.
Centerburg's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Danville, they dropped their record down to 8-11 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
