Johnny Bertucci posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Bertucci's strong effort led Riverview over Apollo Ridge and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders are 8-2 against the Vikings going back to May of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
