Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hillcrest). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Sunset Bison 97-46. With the Panthers ahead 54-15 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hillcrest to victory, but perhaps none more so than Komarion Callahan, who went 8 of 16 on his way to 16 points along with six assists and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Laterrance Potter Jr, who went 5 for 9 en route to 16 points and three steals.

With the win, Hillcrest broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-9. As for Sunset, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillcrest will face off against South Oak Cliff at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sunset, they will challenge Molina at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sunset is facing Molina at the right time seeing as Molina is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
