You can't lose the match if you win every quarter, and that was precisely the Life Center Academy Warriors's strategy against the Perkiomen School Panthers on Friday. Life Center Academy took down the Panthers 66-51. The win was nothing new for Life Center Academy as they're now sitting on three straight.
Kiyomi McMiller continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. McMiller is crushing the point category: she's posted at least 18 every time she's taken the court this season. Reynah Rattliff was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight steals and six assists.
Life Center Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. As for Perkiomen School, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
Life Center Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on the Caseys at 5:30 p.m. on February 22nd. Red Bank Catholic presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Warriors in New Jersey (the Caseys are ranked seventh, while the Warriors are ranked 49th). As for Perkiomen School, they will be playing at home against the Big Red at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lawrenceville School has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 13.
