The Walhalla Razorbacks were the 70-55 winner over the Pendleton Bulldogs when they last played one another back in October of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Walhalla was outmatched by Pendleton at home and fell 54-8.
Despite the loss, Walhalla had strong showings from Landon Robinson, who rushed for 125 yards, and Silas Parish, who rushed for 51 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pendleton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Luke Gray, who threw for 384 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.4% of his passes. Gray hasn't dropped below 300 passing yards for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of LJ Maddox, who rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries.
Walhalla's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Pendleton, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 8-2.
Walhalla does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pendleton will look to defend their home field on Friday against Travelers Rest at 7:30 p.m.
