The School of the Ozarks Patriots will head out on the road to face off against the Wheaton Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully School of the Ozarks focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, School of the Ozarks was able to grind out a solid victory over Hurley, taking the game 54-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for School of the Ozarks.
School of the Ozarks' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lily Todd, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 15 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Rae Blackwell, who scored 14 points.
Meanwhile, Wheaton lost to Jasper on the road by a decisive 60-42 margin last Wednesday. Wheaton has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
School of the Ozarks' victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Wheaton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
