On the hitting side, Hillsboro's win was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Choe Roberts, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Hillsboro pushed their record up to 21-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Morgan, their record is now 12-9.
