Baseball Game Preview: Chalker Wildcats vs. Cardinal Huskies

For the second straight game, Chalker will face off against Cardinal. The Wildcats will challenge the Huskies at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

While Wildcats fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Wednesday's season opener. They had just enough and edged out Cardinal 4-2.

Beau Brown and Zach Pack did most of the damage at the plate: Brown went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double, while Pack went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one double. Pack is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged two or more in each of the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Chalker skirted past Cardinal 4-2 when the teams last played on Wednesday. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Huskies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
