Michael Trechter Rounds Out Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Michael Trechter of St. Mary. Trechter threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 73 yards on only nine carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making six total tackles.
Trechter's next contest is against Calhan on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort. The Pirates had to take a loss when they last met the Bulldogs, but Trechter had little to do with the loss: he threw for 321 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 67 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
