Litmer Made His Presence Known in Highlands'  55-0 Win
 Starting off the list is Highlands's  Rio Litmer, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Litmer threw for 134 yards and four touchdowns on perfect 7-for-7 passing, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. He is  on a roll when it comes to  passing touchdowns, as he's  now  passed for three or more in the last three games he's  played dating back to last season.
 This year,  Litmer  has thrown 15 touchdowns while averaging 161.8 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season,  he was only averaging 58  passing yards per game.

Keagan Maher and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
 Cooper picked up their eighth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Keagan Maher. Maher was dynamite, rushing for 101 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 51 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 Maher must have Scott's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When  Maher last faced the Eagles  back in October of 2023, he rushed for 67 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries.

Mason Stanton Crosses Big Stat Threshold
 Cooper picked up their eighth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Mason Stanton. Stanton was excellent, picking up  two  sacks and making seven total tackles. Thanks to that strong showing,  he's  now averaging 5.1  total tackles per game. We rated that as his best  performance of the season, edging out his previous best set  two weeks ago.
 For the season,  Stanton  has averaged 5.1 total tackles per game  and for the season has  those 2 sacks. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he had one  sack.

Isaiah Johnson's Big Game Leads Cooper over Scott
  Isaiah Johnson's big game helped extend Cooper's winning streak to eight on Friday. Scott had no answer to  Johnson  as he picked up 86 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 Johnson is probably looking forward to his next game, a  home matchup against Boone County on Friday. Johnson picked up 181 receiving yards and three touchdowns the last time he and the Rebels duked it out  back in October of 2023.

T.J. Hicks Delivers Best  Effort of Season
  T.J. Hicks produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Highlands to the win  on Friday. Hicks picked up  a  sack, forced a fumble,  and made seven total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 This year,  Hicks  has averaged 7.2 total tackles per game  and for the season has  those 1 sack. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season,  he was only averaging 0.88  total tackles per game.
