Coby King Dazzles in Greene County Win
Starting off the list is Greene County's Coby King, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. King threw for 314 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 31 yards and two touchdowns.
Bay had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw King it was a similar story. King rushed for 85 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 115 yards and three touchdowns the last time he and the Tigers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Jacquez Alexander-Dedeaux Puts an End to Pass Christian's Losing Streak on Friday
Pass Christian's three-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Jacquez Alexander-Dedeaux. Alexander-Dedeaux was dynamite on Friday, rushing for 130 yards and three touchdowns.
Moss Point had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Alexander-Dedeaux it was a similar story. When Alexander-Dedeaux last faced the Tigers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 230 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry.

Franks Posts Huge Game in 54-19 Victory
The second Greene County player making an appearance here is Lakeus Franks, and for good reason. He rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 78 receiving yards and a touchdown.
This year, Franks has caught 6 touchdowns while averaging 51.7 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging six rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 69.43 rushing yards.

Sydney Blackmon Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Poplarville got the W thanks in part to Sydney Blackmon playing the best football he has all season. Blackmon rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory was the third in a row for Poplarville, bringing their record for this year to 7-1. Blackmon and Poplarville will square off against Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Paris Trivillion's Big Game Leads Pass Christian over Moss Point
Another Pass Christian player making an appearance on this list is Paris Trivillion. He threw for 209 yards and two touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
