18. Wichita Heights (Kan.)Head coach: Joe Auer
2010-11 record: 25-0, Kansas Class 6A state champions
Players to watch: Perry Ellis (6-8, 225, Sr., F, Kansas verbal commitment),
Terrence Moore (6-0, 170, Sr., G),
Gavin Thurman (6-7, 215, Sr., F, Missouri State)
Falcons scouting report: Without an extensive out-of-state resume to review, the Falcons' true standing nationally is a bit of a mystery. What isn't up for debate is the program's ability to dominate Kansas' largest classification and pile up state titles.

Perry Ellis could head to Kansas with four state titles on his resume.

Since Ellis took the court as a freshman, the Falcons are 72-3 with three Class 6A championships. Heights enters this season riding a 44-game winning streak.
Ellis, who is joined by sophomore brother Brae on the roster, averaged 22.1 points and 7.9 points per game as a junior. He committed to the Kansas Jayhawks in September.
While Heights lost a valuable contributor in Evan Wessel (Wichita State signee), Moore (12.4 points per game) and transfer Thurman will likely fill the void. Thurman is a versatile forward that posted more than 18 points and nine rebounds a game last season at Southeast High School in Wichita.
The Falcons are a member of the Greater Wichita City League, which means 16 of their 20 regular-season contests will come against teams from Wichita. Expect another glossy record and state title, but that leaves little room for error when it comes to national rankings.
