Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mississippi Valley Christian). They claimed a resounding 69-40 win over the Rivers of Life Christian Eagles. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Warriors as it put an end to their 11-game losing streak.

Leading Mississippi Valley Christian to victory were Caden Snyder and Jentzen Felt. Snyder posted 24 points, while Felt put up 21 points. Those 21 points gave Felt a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Evan Martin, who had eight points.

Rivers of Life Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tayden Carter, who scored ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dane Perry, who earned ten points.

Mississippi Valley Christian's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-9 and their overall record up to 2-11. As for Rivers of Life Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.
