Despite the loss, Morning Star Academy still got an impressive performance from Gavin Trotter, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Trotter is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played.
Rivermont Collegiate has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record this season. As for Morning Star Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
