Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stockton). They came out on top against the Ash Grove Pirates by a score of 16-12 on Thursday. Stockton's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Ash Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stockton will challenge Pierce City at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ash Grove, they will face off against Early at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
