Soccer Recap: Sharpstown Beats Galena Park for Their Third Straight Win

Sharpstown had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Galena Park Yellowjackets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in January.

Tony Fajardo and Maury Jimenez scored all four of Sharpstown's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 37 goals.

Sharpstown's win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Galena Park, they dropped their record down to 7-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
