Madison-Grant posted their biggest win since November 13, 2024 on Wednesday. They blew past the Tipton Blue Devils, posting a 52-21 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Argylls as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Madison-Grant got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Abby Winchester out in front who posted six points. Another player making a difference was AJ Hayes, who put up six points.

Madison-Grant was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Tipton only posted five assists.

Despite the loss, Tipton saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Mackenzie Farinella had ten points and six boards.

Madison-Grant's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12. As for Tipton, their defeat was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-15.

Madison-Grant didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-26 loss against Southwood on the 11th. Tipton has also already played their next game, a 49-24 defeat against Frankton on the 16th.
