It was a good run, but the Jacksonville Titans finally witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 57-35 walloping at the Watson Chapel Wildcats' hands this past Friday. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Watson Chapel apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played, back in January.
Jacksonville's defeat pushed them down to 15-9. The win -- their third in a row -- raised Watson Chapel's record to an identical 15-9.
Jacksonville will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Maumelle. Jacksonville has the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency. As for Watson Chapel, they will face off against Sylvan Hills on Tuesday. Sylvan Hills is coming in off of a big 68-46 win over Pine Bluff.
