Buckeye's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Molly Danilovic, who scored five points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Kwynn Czerwony was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.
Garfield Community Learning Center's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Buckeye, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-13.
