White Station has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on The Germantown Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. White Station will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings (they are ranked 108th, while Germantown is ranked fourth).
White Station fell victim to Houston's stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a serious blow against the Mustangs, falling 37-0. Having soared to a lofty 35 points in the game before, White Station couldn't push the score so high this time.
Meanwhile, Germantown put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They didn't even let Arlington onto the board and left with a 38-0 win. The result was nothing new for Germantown, who have now won five contests by 24 points or more so far this season.
White Station now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Germantown, their victory was their ninth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 9-0.
White Station was dealt a bruising 49-0 loss at the hands of Germantown in their previous meeting back in October of 2022. Can White Station avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
