Lone Peak strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Silverado Skyhawks.

Seth Bull looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three).

On the hitting side, Lone Peak let Crew Nelson and Tate Barney run wild. Nelson went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run, while Barney went 1-for-2 with three RBI and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Bronx Chavira, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Lone Peak's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Silverado, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-1 record this season.

Lone Peak will head out to square off against Pine View at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Silverado, they will square off against Union at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
