Crete-Monee were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They took the game and then some with a 47-8 win on Friday over Rich South. That's another feather in the cap for Crete-Monee, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
The victory bumped Crete-Monee's record up to 4-3. Rich South are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7.
Crete-Monee will be playing at home against Kankakee at at 7:00 PM next week. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Crete-Monee and Kankakee will really light up the scoreboard. As for Rich South, they will face off against Rich East. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
